Please read these Terms of Service carefully before a booking an appointment or / and purchasing.

If you do not agree to all the Terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not visit our salon or use any services.

These Terms of Service are considered a Public Offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Beauty salon Annette Marie Hair, website annettemariehair.com and online-store "Annette Marie Hair" are operated by Annette Marie Saldaña, 4662 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91602, USA. Registered in the USA.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Annette Marie Hair, including all information, websites, tools, products and services available to the customer.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By visiting our salon, using the services and purchasing products of Annette Marie Hair, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
These Terms of Service apply to all customers, without limitation.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use the services of Annette Marie Hair.

SERVICES

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Annette Marie Hair provides hair services, including but not limited to haircut, blowdry, hair treatment, color and toner, hair extensions and others.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. All descriptions of products are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the descriptions of our products and services that appear at the website. But we cannot guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

BOOKING

All appointment requests are processed by website, direct message, online chat or phone.

For booking an appointment, please write:

procedure you need
your first and last name
your e-mail (for confirmation of your appointment)
your phone number (for sms-reminder)
convenient date and time slot

DEPOSITS

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULE

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, your deposit will be applied towards your next appointment. For cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

If the service is over a $100, and it's a last minute cancellation, then that $100 Is nonrefundable.
If the service is less than $100 that then half of the service.

No-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service/s.

RUNNING LATE

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you're running a few minutes late, please text or call us.
Any amount of time you are late will cut into your service time, however services will still be charged at full price.
We schedule appointments back to back. So we will not use another client's time.

VISITING RULES

No extra guests, including relatives, unless both are getting serviced.

No pets.

No kids.

Our space is not the best environment for kids.

If you want to make the most of your time at our salon - please attend alone.

PAYMENT

You agree to pay for all services provided by Annette Marie Hair at the rates in effect at the time of service. Payment is due at the time of service.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be given for services that have been rendered.

LIABILITY

Annette Marie Hair and its employees are not liable for any injuries or damages that you may sustain as a result of the services provided by Annette Marie Hair.

WAIVER
By visiting our salon, using the services and purchasing products of Annette Marie Hair, you hereby waive any and all claims that you may have against Annette Marie Hair and its employees for any injuries or damages that you may sustain as a result of the services provided by Annette Marie Hair.

We will ask you to fill out an Appointment Waiver Form before we provide the service.

DISCLAIMERS

The services provided by Annette Marie Hair are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have any medical concerns, you should consult with a doctor.

The results of any service may vary depending on the individual.
Annette Marie Hair is not responsible for any allergic reactions that you may experience as a result of the services provided. If you have any allergies, you should inform Annette Marie Hair before any service is rendered.

By booking our services on the website or another way, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

ACCEPTING THESE TERMS OF SERVICE
